year old woman, a tumor in abdomen was discovered. No complaints except
fatigue. apparently caused by seve anemia (Hb 4,4 mmol/l), probably based on insufficient dietary intake
of iron (vegetarian).
She remembers after second delivery (17 years ago) she had a period of severe abdominal pains. At that time no ultrasound was made. Probably at that time necrosis of a myoma occured with as a result now cystic degeneration.
